Service Description
Capture the milestone of your little one's big day with professional portraits. This session includes individual shots of the graduate in their regalia as well as family portraits to commemorate the achievement. High-quality digital images available for all your keepsake needs.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposit A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before your scheduled session. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received and the DocuSign agreement is completed. Cancellation & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to photographer availability. Please provide as much notice as possible. Severe weather, illness, or emergencies may require rescheduling. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time and ready for your session. Late arrival may reduce your available session time, as sessions generally end at the scheduled time. Session Participants Please follow the participant limits included with your selected package. Clients are responsible for the supervision and safety of children, pets, and guests. Newborn Sessions Newborn sessions are baby-led and may include time for feeding, changing, and soothing. Sessions may take 2–3 hours. Newborn sessions are recommended within the first 5–14 days after birth. Images & Delivery Final images are professionally edited in the TLC Photography style and delivered through an online gallery. RAW or unedited images are not provided. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their images. Copyright & Personal Use TLC Photography retains copyright to all photographs. Clients receive personal-use rights to download, print, and share their delivered images. Commercial use, resale, or significant alterations require written permission. Portfolio & Social Media TLC Photography may request permission to use selected images for its website, portfolio, social media, and advertising. This permission will be addressed separately in the DocuSign agreement. Additional Services Additional images, time, locations, albums, and other products are available at the current TLC Photography À La Carte rates. By booking a session, you agree to these policies and the separate photography agreement provided through DocuSign form.
